Panteto PE valve pocket is specially developed for special carbon black, such as Pigment carbon black, conductive carbon black and plastic carbon black, suitable for HAVER&BOECKER automatic filling machine.
The PE valve bag is sealed using ultrasonic heat sealing. There are very high requirements for valve port welding time, welding temperature, and welding pressure. Because carbon black is attached to the inner wall of the valve pocket during the filling process, the empty bag test can be completely welded, but it is often not welded during the actual filling process. If the melting point is too low, the valve pocket can easily be over-welded and leak material.
For the bag body, our company uses a special technology to ensure that the air can be discharged during the filling process, but the powder will not leak from the bag body. Ensure that the work workshop is clean and pollution-free. Our company has been developing this kind of carbon black since 2017, and finally entered the mass production stage this year.
