Batch Inclusion Bags also know as EVA low melting poitnt bag, the main component is EVA polyethylene, and combined with EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) additive. The additive lowers the melting point of the EVA bag. It results in a product that is strong and durable, yet flexible and easy to work with.
Batch Inclusion Bags or EVA bag are mosted used in rubber and tire industry, which is used to pack rubber ingredient, such as carbon black, curing agents, elastomers (rubber), other chemical additives. EVA low melting point bag and the additives are put into the rubber mixer, kneading machine, and the EVA bag melted into the compound. then the EVA bag are distribute its contents the compound. but the key thing is the melting point of the EVA bag must be be lower than the operating temperature of the mixer and the kneading machine.
