The leaders first inspected the raw material storage warehouse. The person in charge of Panteto introduced in detail the raw material storage location, storage scale, fire protection management, raw material in and out of the warehouse system, and the source of materials. For example, the raw materials of our factory come from BASF China Factory, and the quality control is strictly controlled from the purchase of raw materials. Lay a solid foundation for us to enter the international market.
Secondly, we came to the film blowing workshop. Panteto has been put into production since 2003. The original factory workshop was relatively narrow and the workshop temperature was very high. The workers have been working under high temperatures and the workers' subsidies are very high. Now the new factory buildings are all central air-conditioned, spacious and open, and the workers' working environment has been greatly improved, and their work enthusiasm has increased. The labor cost has also dropped significantly. This is also the key to Panteto high quality and low price products.
Then we entered the printing workshop, including FFS film repackaging printing, PE valve bag printing, EVA low melting point feeding bag printing, etc. Through inspection, the leaders gave high evaluation on the printing accuracy and clarity of Panteto products.
Then we entered the bag cutting workshop and quality inspection workshop, where PE valve bag production and EVA feeding bag cutting are carried out. There are more female workers here, who work meticulously and have strict quality inspection. The uniform work clothes and neat workshop complement each other, reflecting the management results of Panteto modern factory.
The last step of production is packaging. The leader came to the packaging workshop and saw rows of neat and firm pallet packaging. The leader gave expectations and hoped that our products would go out of the province and go to the world. Finally, the leader came to the R&D office, which is the brain of the entire factory and the key part for products to occupy the market. The leader made detailed inquiries on the R&D management and R&D system, hoping that Panteto can develop more products with international leading level, such as valve bags suitable for Havo automatic filling machines, FFS repackaging for maze palace exhaust, etc.
Thanks to the leaders for their inspection, Panteto is getting better and better.
